In 2016, Guthrie introduced a new ‘star’ rating system on each of its provider pages on Guthrie.org. This allows patients to view how our providers are rated by previous patients, based on data from Press Ganey surveys.  As part of the survey, patients are also invited to provide comments, and these comments now appear below the star ratings.

Guthrie aims to provide an accurate, balanced picture regarding the care Guthrie provides. Negative comments are not removed or filtered, as this helps provide real feedback, and ensures that we present a fair, equitable picture.
