If you are looking to make healthier food choices in the new year, the cafeterias at each Guthrie hospital will offer a new way for you to start your week off right. Motivation Mondays will feature extra special healthy choices in addition to healthy options available every day of the week. On Mondays, the deep fryers will remain off, and healthy alternative choices will be available to replace foods that are typically fried. Foods such as chicken and fish sandwiches, french fries, and breakfast potatoes will be baked on Mondays instead of fried.
