The Guthrie Robert Packer Auxiliary will be sponsoring "Books Are Fun" book / gift fair in the Clinic Atrium in Sayre on Thursday, March 16 from 11 a.m. - 6 p.m. and Friday, March 17 from 7 a.m. - 2 p.m. There will be a free raffle to chose one item for anyone that attends the sale.

1095-C forms, which provide documentation of your eligibility for and participation in health insurance for calendar year 2016, are now available for viewing and printing through Employee Self Service in PeopleSoft. All employees may access these forms through PeopleSoft, and those who did not opt in for electronic delivery will also receive a copy mailed to their home. When Guthrie Sr. Recruiter Michele Browning decided to plan a trip to New Orleans to visit friends, she first asked for assistance. Michele contacted eni, Guthrie’s employee assistance partner, to try out the free personal assistant service. During that initial contact, Michele requested hotel recommendations and a list of “must do” activities. From that point on, she had excellent help planning the vacation. She was so satisfied with the experience that she has since submitted a number of personal assistant requests and is currently planning her next big vacation through the service.
The previous Guthrie wellness incentive has been paused as the Wellness Committee conducts a thorough review of our wellness initiatives across the organization and works to revamp the wellness incentive program. Over the past few years, the program has seen participation in the incentive greatly reduce, and in 2016, less than 20% of eligible staff chose to take part. The Committee is committed to delivering a high quality health and wellness program, and is reviewing alternative programs that can be used by all staff across the entire system.
My Life Check is an online assessment from the American Heart Association to help you discover your personal health standing. This free, confidential tool is available for all Guthrie employees, and employees who participate will count toward Guthrie's Fit Friendly Award application this year. The tool takes 5-7 minutes to complete and will give helpful suggestions to make improvements in your health. Take a moment to fill it out this heart month.
