Guthrie Corning Hospital will present the 18th Annual Valentine’s Ball, on Feb. 9, 2019 at the Corning Museum of Glass. The Valentine’s Ball is the hospital’s premier fundraising event, drawing approximately 300 guests each year. Proceeds from the Valentine’s Ball benefit the Guthrie Corning Cancer Center and its mission to finish the fight against cancer. Guthrie offers scholarships to area high school seniors who are planning a career in health care. Students must be a member of the Class of 2019 and enroll in a health-related program of study.

There are also a limited number of Guthrie Employee Scholarships for the children of Guthrie employees. The employee must be a .6 FTE or greater and have one or more years of employment with Guthrie. These scholarships will support any field of study.
