This Tuesday, July 18, Guthrie will be launching Workplace, a new social communication tool like Facebook that will be available to all employees.
On Tuesday, you will receive an activation email which you must click through to get access to Workplace. This will be sent to your Guthrie email address and is the only way to get you connected. When signing in for the first time, you will need to log-in with your O365 email and password – after that you should not need to re-enter your details when using the same device. Your O365 email address follows the convention: firstname.lastname@example.org and your password is the one you use to sign on to your computer. You can also click here to view your O365 email address. If you need help with your password, please call the IS Help Desk at 570-887-5380. For employees in Towanda who do not currently have email addresses, you will be assigned a new email account next week. You will receive your log in information from your manager during the week and will be able to access Workplace by the end of the week.
Once you set up your profile with your picture, name and position within Guthrie, you can then join groups, develop a newsfeed and connect with colleagues in all departments. Workplace can be accessed on any PC or mobile device, simply by logging in with your Guthrie single sign on and password.
