For the plan year beginning Jan. 1, 2019, the annual benefits open enrollment period is held Nov. 10 - Dec. 10. This will again be an online process accessed through the PeopleSoft Self Service portal on the Guthrie Intranet page or via the Employee Login link from the Internet for all employees.
All benefit-eligible employees should log in to open enrollment to ensure the tobacco surcharge and spousal surcharge are being applied (or not applied) correctly and to select their benefit elections for the upcoming plan year. If you want to enroll in a Flexible Spending Account in 2019, you must make a new election. You can find the spousal surcharge form on the Open Enrollment Intranet page. Employees should also take a moment to review address, phone number, and emergency contact information to ensure that it is correct.
All employees can access their enrollment election form online where they can: review their current benefit enrollment information, make any necessary changes to benefit elections for the upcoming calendar year and consent to receive their 1095 and W2 electronically. A booklet explaining benefit information for the 2019 plan year will be mailed to all employee homes. You may also access the open enrollment booklets and other open enrollment documents on the intranet at www.guthrie.net/open-enrollment.

A critical component of being prepared for open enrollment is to know your PeopleSoft username and password. Your PeopleSoft login is the same information that you use for PeopleSoft Self Service to access payroll and personal information and when using PeopleSoft Recruiting Solutions when applying for job openings. If you do not already know your password, make sure to contact the help desk at 570-887-5380 for assistance. For assistance with MetLife Voluntary benefits please call the Voluntary Benefit Enrollment Center at 1-888-317-3759.
