There will be 2 Living healthy workshops for chronic disease self-management held by S2AY Rural Health Network at Guthrie Corning Hospital Seneca Conference Room on Monday, September 18 from 12 - 2:30 p.m. and Thursday, September 21 from 5:30 – 8 p.m. The program will cover topics to help attendees manage frustration, pain, or isolation, effective communication with friends, family and doctors, evaluate new treatments, manage medication and maintain and improve strength, flexibility and endurance. They are open to patients and staff. All who attend will receive a special gift in recognition of their participation.
