Employees participating in the Service Excellence Academy spent two fun-filled, information-packed days learning about the critical role they play in improving the patient experience. The Academy kicked off with an overview of Guthrie's mission, vision and values, as well as the goals around our pillars of People, Service, Quality, Finance and Growth, followed by an interactive session on how employees can help move our patient experience from ordinary to extraordinary.
