This is a reminder that beginning Oct. 7, managers will have until 10 a.m. on Payroll Monday to review and approve employee timesheets. This is earlier than the previous noon deadline. All errors must be corrected before the timesheet is approved. Reviewing timesheets and correcting any errors frequently during the pay period will help this process run smoothly.
To further assist with the employee timesheet review, a new tip sheet has been added to the ATA Intranet page. To view the tip sheet, click here.
Managers and employees should both review the timesheet AND Pay Preview. Pay Preview applies the rounding rules and it is this data that is submitted to Payroll.
